A brief overview of my pastoral experience and areas of service.
Profile
Ordained pastor with 6 years of ministry, leading multi-church districts across multiple cities (23 churches in 9 cities). Experience in church planting (3), evangelism, youth ministry and community service (formal commendation from the Ponta Grossa City Council, 2021), in addition to Adventist Possibility Ministries (APM), and trilingual ministry (Portuguese, English, and Spanish).
Pastoral Experience
Seminarian Pastor
- Preach regularly and assist in worship services.
- Support pastoral leadership and local church ministries.
- Visit members and provide pastoral care follow-up.
- Participate in board meetings and ministry planning.
Associate Pastor (Evangelism and Church Planting, Youth Ministry – 5 churches in 2 cities, plus 2 church plants)
- Led two church-planting efforts: one in an area with no Adventist presence and one at a Seventh-day Adventist academy.
- Founded Adventist Possibility Ministries (APM) for Deaf and visually impaired members and established the Ponta Grossa Young Choir.
- Received a formal commendation from the Ponta Grossa City Council for leading youth and a young choir in community service outreach (2021).
- Conducted training sessions on giving Bible studies and organizing evangelistic crusades.
- Led three Bible classes and personal Bible studies, resulting in 40+ baptisms.
District Pastor (7 churches in 2 cities)
- Coordinated roadside meal distribution for truck drivers during COVID-19 (600+ meals).
- Led leadership development groups across the district (PGLs).
- Oversaw church building remodeling projects.
- Led evangelistic initiatives and Bible studies, resulting in 40+ baptisms.
District Pastor (8 churches in 5 cities, plus 1 church plant)
- Led full renovations and reopening of two church buildings (Laranjal and Palmital), and additional renovation projects district-wide.
- Founded a Pathfinder Club in a community with no prior Pathfinder presence.
- Conducted retreats and leadership development training for members and leaders.
- Led evangelism and discipleship, resulting in 70+ baptisms.
Associate Director, Evangelism
- Developed training materials and delivered evangelism seminars for district pastors.
- Led evangelistic crusades and revival meetings in local churches.
- Supported local churches through visitation, bible studies, and pastoral follow-up.
